    At our core, we are born whole, and we belong. Even when we do not feel whole or that we belong. Yet recognizing and embracing this perspective is not always easy — it is a lifelong process. My practice offers a space to gently reconnect with that inner knowing through compassionate, trauma-informed, and anti-oppressive care.

  • Space to be cared for

    Navigating the world can be a struggle. Systemic oppression, relational wounds, past experiences, and the weight of daily realities can make it hard to breathe, feel whole, or simply be. This is a space to slow down, be witnessed, and begin to process all that you carry — with care, compassion, and respect for your full humanity.

  • Understanding yourself and your expeirnces

    Finding language for our experiences can soften the weight of stress, pain, and struggle — giving us back a sense of agency and connection. You're not alone in this. Let’s work through it together, at your pace, with care.
